These purpose-made covers for your Sleep Tight Weighted Blanket make cleaning even easier. Whilst the Blankets are washable, having removable covers makes on-going care and regular washing especially efficient, especially in multi-user settings. Covers also allow personalisation and quick décor changes of your room. Available in Navy Blue corduroy, Tan corduroy and Blue Waves cotton (Navy on reverse). Please specify colour and fabric choice when ordering.

Sleep Tight Weighted Blanket - Medium Helps clients calm down and lie comfortably to promote a good night's sleep. Designed for clients over 9 kg who have trouble falling asleep. With a rounded cutout to prevent the blanket from accumulating by the face. When the person rolls or shifts in bed, the Sleep Tight blanket is designed to remain on them. As a general rule, the blanket weighs 15 to 25% of the body weight. We recommend that you seek professional advice on the suitability of these products for a specific client. Due to the deep pressure on the body, the weights duvet can provide relief for people with autism, ADD / ADHD, dementia, spasms, serious behavioral problems, hyperactivity and people with relaxation problems (such as Huntington and Korsakov), or anxiety and stress-related factors.Colours may vary.
The sleep tight blankets may machine washed on low temperature and machine dry on delicate programm / fluff cycle or hang to dry on a drying rack . Do not use bleach. Check your washer/dryer weight limitations for larger sized blankets.

Safe use of weight blankets
- The weight of the blanket should be commensurate with the patient's physique and weight.
- Use only under the direct supervision of an occupational therapist
- Make sure that the client's head cannot get under the blanket
- Make sure that the client can always get out under the blanket
- The vital functions must always be perceptible
