Warranty & Repair

 Please make sure we receive your repair within 7 days of registration, otherwise your request will expire.
Warranty Conditions
Nenko considers quality important and does its utmost to offer you products with the right price-quality ratio. Despite strict quality checks, it is possible that a product does not work properly or that the product you purchased has become defective. We would be happy to see if and how we can remedy this defect!

We provide a 1-year factory warranty on all our products. This means that defects due to a manufacturing defect will be repaired free of charge within this period. Unfortunately, this warranty does not apply to defects caused by incorrect or improper use, and / or to defects caused by dropping, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear of the product.
If your product is replaced in its entirety during the warranty period, the warranty period does not start again. This means that, after replacing the product, for example after 9 months, you will receive a 3-month factory warranty on your product.

Parts of various products can also be replaced outside of the factory warranty, this will be depending on the type of product and its expected lifespan.
If, outside the warranty period, you have a part of a product repaired, a factory warranty of 1 year will be provided on the part which has been replaced. This warranty then only applies to the part that is replaced, and not to the total product.

Because we have more than 3,000 products in our range, there is no standard answer on how to handle your service request and this remains on the review of our customer service.
That's why we ask you to contact us. We aim to answer you in 1 to 2 working days.
Repair request with account
Go to the following page: https://www.nenko.com/my-account/repairs/

- Log in with your e-mail address and password
- Go to the 'Repairs' tab
- Click on the 'Register repair' button
- Select the invoice for which you wish to register a repair request or report the shortcomings(if you see no invoice or not the concerned invoice, please go to Step 2)
- Select the product  for which you wish to register a repair request or report, and please state the quantity and condition of the product.
- Describe in details what exactly is not working properly about the item or what is wrong in the field 'More information'
- Add at least one image of the damage or shortcomings per item and possibly more showing the details.
- Add 'Comments' if  you have any additionnal information
- Agree to the terms and conditions and click on Send Repair Request
- You will receive the repair request by e-mail.
- After review by our service department, we will inform you about any repair costs, warranty and return method and you will receive an RMA number. The following applies to repairs outside the warranty: € 25.00 ex VAT pick-up costs and € 50.00 ex VAT handling costs (analyse, minor repair and return shipment).(+ Supplement for volume items). Any additional costs of parts and man hours will be invoiced additionnally).
Note: Only return the item if you have received a RMA number or special instructions from customer service department. Without a RMA number, we cannot process your repair request!
Repair request without account
For this you need the invoice of the product to be registered

+ Go to https://www.nenko.com/repair-request-or-report-missing-items/
+ Enter your relation/debtor number, invoice number and invoice date (these can be found at the top right of the invoice)

+ Choose the product you want to have repaired/ the missing products and specify the number and condition of the product. In more information, describe in detail what is wrong

+ Add at least one image of the damage per item or the shortcomings and possibly several of the details

+ Add any comments

+ Agree to the terms and conditions and send repair request 

+ You will receive a confirmationt by e-mail

+ After assessment by our service department, we will inform you about any repair costs, warranty and return method and you will receive an RMA number. 

Please note: Do not return the item until you have received an RMA number from us or we have contacted you. Without an RMA number, we cannot handle your repair.

Login Register
With a credit card you can pay securely on the internet. You pay with the information on your credit card (MasterdCard, Maestro or Visa): - the name on the card - the card number, shown centrally on the front of your credit card - the expiration date (the month and year of the expiration date are on the front) - the validation code on Visa or MasterdCard (CVV or CVC) is a three-digit code on the back of your card. This code is an additional security check.
With PayPal, online payment is secure and protected. You do not have to keep your credit card at hand to make payment. Your bank account or credit card number is already stored securely in your PayPal account, so it is not necessary to enter your data endlessly. With PayPal you only need your e-mail address and password and you can safely pay online within a few clicks. PayPal is free for you as a buyer. Only possible for payments up to 250 euro excluding VAT.
A transfer means that you transfer the money in advance via a regular bank transfer. You will receive an e-mail from Buckaroo with the bank account number, name of the beneficiary and of course the amount to be transferred. You need to transfer the amount within 7 days via a regular bank transfer.
As soon as we have confirmation of the moneytransfer, your order will be processed. If we have not received payment within 7 days your order will be canceled.
Note: during this period the delivery time of certain products may be changed!
You can deposit the amount shown on the order confirmation within 7 days into the account below. Tonce the amount is trnasferred and visible in our account the order will be sent, provided the product(s) are in stock.

If you are paying via AfterPay for the first time, the amount of the digital invoice can be a maximum of € 500 at www.nenko.com. If you are already known to AfterPay, you can pay a sum of up to € 500. AfterPay carries out a data check for approving your request to pay via digital invoice. AfterPay applies a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement.
