Ordering and Payment

Safe shopping
Shopping online at Nenko is fast, safe, comfortable and reliable. We use a secure internet connection with SSL certificate to send sensitive information, such as payment data. With a secure internet connection, the URL www.nenko.com is preceded by https:// instead of the normal http://. The letter 's' stands for 'secure'.

You can see you are on a secure website when a small lock appears and the address bar turns green. However, we recommend that you use a strong password and not exchange usernames and passwords with others.

Do you need a quotation for your administration or be able to consult? You can easily do this yourself on our website:

- Click on the On quotation button with the articles
- Log in or create an account
- Click Send quotation and receive the quotation in your mailbox
  Need more information or advice? Complete the Comment field and we will contact you.
- The quotation is stored in My account at Quotations, where you can download a PDF

To order:
- In My account go to Quotations and click on Add to cart*

Placing an order in the Nenko webshop is extremely easy! Follow the steps below and receive the desired products soon.

step 1: Select the best and most suitable products in the webshop and Add to cart.
step 2: Go to the Shopping cart and enter any quantities. You can also optionally add a wish code / discount code. Choose the country and you will also see the shipping costs of the order here.
step 3: You then enter Your data in the shopping cart. Log in with your account, proceed as guest or register on our site.
step 4: Choose the desired Payment method and then click on Place order.
step 5: You will receive an order confirmation and, depending on the chosen payment method, a payment email in your mailbox.

If you have placed an order before and have created an account, the details will be filled automatically. We advise you to check this data. If you want to make any changes, of course, you can.
You have the right of revocation of your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The revocation period expires 14 days after the order date. To exercise the right of revocation, you must inform us of the decision to withdraw / cancel the order by means of an unambiguous statement by e-mail. Different conditions apply to professional companies and institutions.

The revocation/cancellation right does not apply to:
- products that are specially made or composed to size or colour; for example furniture, modules or bicycles
As soon as an order has been placed which contains customized items (eg colour choice or print choice), this order can no longer be canceled and there is no right of withdrawal on these items. There is a payment obligation when ordering these types of products, even if you want to cancel or revoke in the meantime, the costs of the entire sales price will be charged.
- products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons; for example chewing agents or bath chairs
- data carriers with digital content; such as DVDs and CDs

If you revoce / cancel the order, payments you have made will be returned, including shipping costs. We return payments with the same payment method as the original transaction was made. The return costs are entirely at the expense of the customer.
Download invoice
You will find the invoice of your order in your account after delivery.
You can also download the invoice here with your relation/debtor number, invoice number and date.
Payment options
With us you have the choice to pay via PayPal, Transfer or Credit card (Mastercard / Maestro / Visa). We work with payment provider Buckaroo. You can find extensive information per payment option in the shopping cart by clicking on the question mark behind the payment option.

Pay directly in advance via PayPal or Credit card. Your order will only be processed if the payment is successful. You receive an invoice after delivery.

Transfer: You will receive an e-mail from Buckaroo with the bank account number, name of the beneficiary and the amount to be transferred. You must transfer the amount within 7 days via a regular bank transfer. As soon as we have received the money your order will be processed. If we have not received payment within 7 days, your order will be canceled.
Note: in the meantime, the delivery time of certain products may have changed! 

For paying On account you have to contact us first.

Bank details
For web orders we use the online Payment Service Provider Buckaroo. All online payments with PayPal, Bank Transfer and Credit card are processed through them.

If you have opted for Bank Transfer, transfer the amount via the e-mail that you have received from Buckaroo.
Please note: this is a different account number than the Nenko account. We therefore ask you not to transfer the amount directly to Nenko.

With a credit card you can pay securely on the internet. You pay with the information on your credit card (MasterdCard, Maestro or Visa): - the name on the card - the card number, shown centrally on the front of your credit card - the expiration date (the month and year of the expiration date are on the front) - the validation code on Visa or MasterdCard (CVV or CVC) is a three-digit code on the back of your card. This code is an additional security check.
With PayPal, online payment is secure and protected. You do not have to keep your credit card at hand to make payment. Your bank account or credit card number is already stored securely in your PayPal account, so it is not necessary to enter your data endlessly. With PayPal you only need your e-mail address and password and you can safely pay online within a few clicks. PayPal is free for you as a buyer. Only possible for payments up to 250 euro excluding VAT.
A transfer means that you transfer the money in advance via a regular bank transfer. You will receive an e-mail from Buckaroo with the bank account number, name of the beneficiary and of course the amount to be transferred. You need to transfer the amount within 7 days via a regular bank transfer.
As soon as we have confirmation of the moneytransfer, your order will be processed. If we have not received payment within 7 days your order will be canceled.
Note: during this period the delivery time of certain products may be changed!
You can deposit the amount shown on the order confirmation within 7 days into the account below. Tonce the amount is trnasferred and visible in our account the order will be sent, provided the product(s) are in stock.

Do you want to be sure that the products ordered by you will actually be invoiced this year? We will then ensure that you do not encounter budget technical problems and that your budget of this year can be used even when products are not available at the moment.
AfterPay - AfterPay manages (for Dutch Citizens only) the entire post-payment process for www.nenko.com. This means you receive a digital invoice from AfterPay via email for payment of the product(s) purchased. If you are paying via AfterPay for the first time, the amount of the digital invoice can be a maximum of € 500 at www.nenko.com.
