Damaged or missing item on delivery
Products with a green indication are in stock and will be delivered within a few business days*.
Orders placed on working days before 15:00 pm (CET), will be dispatched the same day!
Products with a yellow indication are delivered within 1-2 weeks*.
Products with an orange indication are temporarily out of stock and are delivered within 1 to 3 weeks* (specially ordered products within 4 to 6 weeks*).
All products are shipped in one delivery (on one invoice). Item with the longest delivery time is leading.

Combining items from multiple orders into a single parcel won't change the delivery costs you pay for each order. You'll be charged separate delivery charges for each of your orders.

Damages and / or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the items,
after this time, we can no longer create complaint files.
