FAQs Nenko LED Projector

The motor is running in the wrong direction.

Please press the button again. It is possible to set speeds. If you press the button twice, the wheel will turn in the other direction.

Projector projects out of focus

The heat generated by the lamp of various projectors makes the image sharp when cold but get unsharp after a short time of projection when the lens warms up. So adjust the projector by average temperature, then it will be blurry by starting, but will sharpen after getting room temperature.

What should I do if the wheel in my Nenko LED projector is no longer spinning?

1. Remove the effect wheel: First, remove the wheel from the projector.
2. Check the motor: Check if the motor is running without the wheel attached. This will help determine whether the motor is working or not.

If the motor is running: It is possible that the effect wheel is stuck on the side of the projector. This often happens when the wheel is not centered properly, causing it to wobble during rotation and potentially get caught on the side of the projector.

If the motor is not running: This indicates an issue with the motor, which may need to be replaced.

In both cases, we kindly ask you to report this as a repair/guarantee request via our website.

Can I use this projector in a bathroom?

Yes, the projector can and may be used in the bathroom, but caution as the projector is not water resistant. If you place the projector outside the water zones and connect the adapter above the suspended ceiling, for example, it is no problem.

The projector is equipped with a 12v connection, so the projector can hang there, but the adapter must be concealed!

Does the projector need to be charged or must it always be connected to power?

The Nenko LED Projector must always be connected to a power supply.

Which wheels fit in this projector?

All 'Magnetic Fluid Wheels' fit in this projector.
