The light changes colour randomly?

If someone else is using another WiFi control device in a nearby room, your light source may be responding to the other device.

The Wi Fi signaling of two neighbouring rooms merge with each other?

The light does not work?

Check that the power cable is properly inserted into the light source

Check the fuse on the back of the light source

Check that there is no male plug in the 5-pin socket on the back of the light source.

Turn off the light source, wait a minute and then turn on the light source again

The light is not bright ?

Check that the fibre optics are well inserted into the hole in front of the light source

Tighten the screw at the top to hold the fibre optics.

Can the fiber optic strands withstand water?

Yes, the strands can withstand water, if necessary. also in the bath. The light source certainly cannot withstand water.

How to clean in the optic fibre strands?

The strands of the optic fibres can be cleaned with a mild liquid detergent. (never the light source)

Nenko Interactive - Light Source for fibre optics An LED light source for fibre optic products. This light source features an ON/OFF button and a PAUSE button to set a fixed colour. In addition, the device includes a switch and USB connection for service purposes.

For extra convenience, you can add a switch from the Nenko Interactive range. This allows you to wirelessly control the colours of the fibre optics or all connected Nenko Interactive products in the room.

The sturdy and flexible fibres create a dreamy effect in the sensory room with maximum safety! Connection diameter: 3 cm.

The light source has the following lumen output for each colour:
Red: 50–80 lm
Green: 100–120 lm
Blue: 20–30 lm
Fibre Optics Shelf Cloud Provides the ability to quickly distribute fiber optic strands like a waterfall.
