What are the washing instructions for the heartbeat hug?

The heartbeat comforter can be hand washed at 40 degrees. Remember to take out the comforter before washing.

When is the cry sensor activated?

The sound sensor is activated when crying occurs. This means that a significant amount of noise is required. We recommend placing the music box within 30 cm of your child so it can properly detect the sound. When the music box is used without the plush, it will be activated more quickly.

What sounds can be played?

The music box includes a heartbeat, rainfall, and 2 different melodies.

How long does the music box stay on?

You can choose between 3 different timers: 15, 30 or 60 minutes. After this time, the music box switches off automatically and can be reactivated by the cry sensor.
