Your personal data
We will not use your personal data for any other purpose than described in the privacy statement. Nor will your personal data be retained for any longer than is necessary for the purpose it has been collected, unless we are legally bound to retain or continue to process this data. Please contact us for further information about the length of the retention period of your specific personal data.
 
We will always seek your prior consent before we process your personal data, unless we have a legitimate interest to do so. If you have given your consent for us to use your data, you will always be entitled to withdraw this consent. The processing based on your consent will then stop. We never use the personal data of others. Personal data of clients may occasionally be transmitted during a conversation or following a request. We treat this data with extra care and confidentiality and remove it from our system within one year.
 
Newsletters
You may use our website to subscribe to the newsletter to keep informed of the latest news, actions and announcements. Please send us your email address to subscribe to the newsletter. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter.   • to restrict the processing, if you are not sure that your personal data is correct, your personal data has been unlawfully processed, your personal data is no longer necessary for Nenko but you need it for a legal claim, and/or if you have objected to this processing and this objection is still under consideration;
  • to obtain your personal data in a structured and electronic format and to transfer it – directly if necessary – to another party.
 
You will receive a reply to your request within four weeks at the most. If you do not agree with the contents of this reply, the rejection of your request or the processing of your personal data by Nenko in whatever manner, you will be entitled to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

In certain cases, we may share your personal data with other parties provided that you have given your consent. This may be necessary for the performance of a contract or if required by law or a competent authority. Some parties are located outside the European Union. In that case, the transmission of your personal data will be based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission. If this is not the case, Nenko has provided adequate guarantees with these parties. You may at all times request to examine these guarantees or ask for a copy by sending an email.

Nenko has taken adequate measures to ensure that your personal data is processed in line with current legislation and standards and protected against unauthorised and unlawful processing, loss, destruction or damage. This includes protecting our website through an encrypted connection (https:\), ensuring that the data you send is encrypted and protected. With a credit card you can pay securely on the internet. You pay with the information on your credit card (MasterdCard, Maestro or Visa): - the name on the card - the card number, shown centrally on the front of your credit card - the expiration date (the month and year of the expiration date are on the front) - the validation code on Visa or MasterdCard (CVV or CVC) is a three-digit code on the back of your card. This code is an additional security check.
With PayPal, online payment is secure and protected. You do not have to keep your credit card at hand to make payment. Your bank account or credit card number is already stored securely in your PayPal account, so it is not necessary to enter your data endlessly. With PayPal you only need your e-mail address and password and you can safely pay online within a few clicks. PayPal is free for you as a buyer.
A transfer means that you transfer the money in advance via a regular bank transfer. You will receive an e-mail from Buckaroo with the bank account number, name of the beneficiary and of course the amount to be transferred. You need to transfer the amount within 7 days via a regular bank transfer.
As soon as we have confirmation of the moneytransfer, your order will be processed. If we have not received payment within 7 days your order will be canceled.

You can deposit the amount shown on the order confirmation within 7 days into the account below. Tonce the amount is trnasferred and visible in our account the order will be sent, provided the product(s) are in stock.

FOR BELGIAN CUSTOMERS: Bancontact / Mister Cash determines how the money is moved from a payer's account to the account of a recipient. For a cardholder, the practical execution thereof takes place via the bank that issued its card (the issuer), for a merchant via the supplier of its payment terminal or online payment solution (the acquirer). This is done in 3 steps: 1. Control When a customer enters his PIN code, the verification takes place. We check whether there is enough money in the cardholder's account to make the payment. With a positive answer, the authorization for the payment is given. With a negative answer, the transaction stops here. 2. Calculation The exchange of financial information between issuer and acquirer takes place here. We calculate which balance must be paid exactly. 3. Processing Finally, the actual payment is executed. Issuers are debited, acquirers are credited and the correct amount reaches the right person.
